We received Planning Consent today for 2, 5 bedroom houses in Harpenden, including a detached garage.
Originally a single 3 bedroom house sat on this reasonably sized plot of land, we were asked to enhance the street frontages including enhance the corner of two intersecting streets.
We are pleased with the result!
