We have this week received planning permission for 9 new flats in Letchworth Garden City.
The mixed sized unit scheme will accommodate 5 new 2 bedroom flats near the centre of the town dramatically enhancing the existing derelict and under-maintained site.
We have worked closely with our client, Letchworth Heritage Foundation and the planning authority to produce a well mannered scheme which relates back to the historic routes of the Garden City of Letchworth.
