We received Planning Consent today for 2, 5 bedroom houses in Harpenden, including a detached garage. Originally a single 3 bedroom house sat on this reasonably sized plot of land, we were asked to enhance the street frontages including enhance the corner of two intersecting streets. We are pleased with the result!
Metsec Steels Going In!
The Metsec beams today were being installed on site at this large new office refurbishment in Stevenage. Basement piles construction has begun!

Recently granted Planning Permission for this 4 house scheme in Welwyn Garden City. Set in the Oaklands area, these houses are positioned in a landscaped rural setting intentionally ensuring the architecture remains in keeping with it’s local setting.
Progress on the Apple Barn coming along very nicely!
The self-build project, converting a derelict apple store in Lower Stondon is making excellent progress.
